Policies

Pricing Policy All prices on website are subject to change without notice. Return Policy Email returns@picturesonthewall.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA printed on the outside of the package. An RMA number will be returned via email within 5 business day for all approved returns. This email will contain complete instruction for packing and shipping your returned picture(s). Only merchandise which is being returned due to manufacturing defects will be approved and receive an RMA. Prints will only be accepted in exchange for identical replacement of the defective print. Due to ease of reproduction through many different, readily available, technologies no other merchandise will be accepted for return. We are sorry to have to enforce this policy for everyone, but it is a case of the few ruining it for the many.

About The Artwork

Prints will appear as they do on the website including any borders that appear within the picture. Care Tips Do not expose print to direct sunlight as this can damage the print and cause premature fading. Keep print as far as possible from extremely bright lights. Particular of the florescent variety. These lights also cause premature fading. Keep the print in a cool dry place. Excessive heat and humidity can damage the print. Keep fingerprints off the prints because acid and oil in the skin can damage the print. When framing be sure no plastic is used to seal the print in the rear of the frame. When this is done a seal is created between the glass front of the frame and the plastic rear which can trap moisture and cause condensation which will damage the print.
